"Indigo In Sync" is a denim collection inspired by my personal connection to my band members and elements of the punk rock subculture's aesthetic. Each denim garment features hand embroidered plaid details, metallic silver topstitching, and raw hems.

I wanted to emphasise the connection between the band through their outfits, and to do this I chose to repeat the hand embroidered plaid feature on each garment, choosing plaid as it is often seen on uniforms and relates to my initial punk subculture research. 

 

A requirement for this project was to collaborate with Swedish denim brand Cheap Monday and incorporate their dead stock into the collection in some way. I decided to use the dead stock as contrast denim features on each garment as a sustainable approach to fabric consumption.
